At Nuidaye, you're in control of your personal information. If you no longer wish to use our fitness and wellbeing app, you can request the permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data.

How to delete your account

Option 1: Through the Nuidaye app

1. Open Nuidaye and sign in to your account.

2. Go to your Profile or Account Settings.

3. Select Delete Account.

4. Follow the instructions to confirm your request

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by contacting us.

Subject: Nuidaye Account Deletion Request

Please send your request using the email address associated with your Nuidaye account so we can verify account ownership.

We may ask you to complete additional verification before processing your request.

What happens to your data?

When your account is deleted, we will delete or anonymise the personal information associated with your account, including, where applicable:

• Your account profile and personal details.

• Fitness goals, preferences and programme settings.

• Workout history, progress and achievements.

• Health and wellbeing information you have provided.

• Other personal data associated with your account that is no longer required.

Data we may retain

Some information may need to be retained where required by law, for security purposes, or to resolve outstanding legal obligations.

Any retained information will be limited to what is necessary and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
